Organs

There are two major types of organs in the skeleto-Muscular System. They are bones, and muscles.
 BONES
Bones are organized into a skeleton which provides support for your body. Your skeleton also provides protection for many eternal organs.
MUSCLES
There are three types of muscles. Smooth, cardiac and skeletal muscles. Smooth Muscles keep  keep food moving through your body. They are involuntary so you don't have to try to make them work. Cardiac muscles make up your heart they keep your blood circulating. Skeletal muscles keep your body upright. They are the muscles you use to run, walk, and hold stuff. They protect and keep organs functioning.
